My name is Marcia and this is the story of Magic Happens.

The history of Magic Happens is a dream come true. I have always dreamed of starting a business of my own. The dream started as a young child when I had the opportunity to work with horses. At the time I wanted to be a large animal vet for horses and other livestock , so I talked to people who told me I had to wait until I was old enough to go to college. Since I grew up with having to overcome dyslexia and deal with that challenge on a daily basis, I thought that college would be no problem, with what I've been through I can handle anything. Some tough times soon changed my goal but not my drive, I still wanted to be in business no matter what it turned out to be. My mother was a nurse and a single mom raising two kids. So I would help with cleaning and cooking from time-to-time. Soon I found myself working as a car detailer for a small company in the 90’s. As time went by I still held the thought that I could still find a way to realize my dream. Some time after, and a few jobs later with a loving push from my family and a lot of support, Magic Happens was born. An opportunity presented itself to clean a college as a commercial account. Soon after that, we sold the house and bought a yacht. It was a natural progression to start cleaning boats. I immediately picked up an account with a Jeanneau Sailboat Broker, along with the commercial accounts I decided to work on yachts owned by individuals. Magic Happens is currently operating out of Bradenton, Florida, as a live-aboard, and proud to be serving Island Yachting Centre, as well as other brokers in the area along with individually owned yachts. Magic Happens is professionally serving Palmetto, Bradenton and Sarasota areas including the counties of Manatee, Sarasota and expanding to others counties. Magic Happens is licensed and insured.
